Local Meetings

People of the Ozarks mountain region are famous for their rugged and independent spirit. But we also know when we have to "gather the pitchforks" and band together for our common good.
Attend as many of the local meetings in your area as your busy schedule will allow. We do understand that everyone is very busy these days, just trying to get by and make ends meet, but many have discovered that there are ways to find (or make) the time...

Property Rights group meetings:

If you are a landowner, you owe it to yourself to keep informed on all the many local, state and federal issues that will afect (and usually diminish) your rights to use and enjoy your property.  Please take at least one evening a month to attend a local meeting in your area!

Far SW Missouri Chapter - Ozark Property Rights Congress

Meetings every 2nd Tuesday at 7 PM, and are usually held at the Bethpage Community Center (located on Elkhorn road, just 1/2 mile off 76 Hwy).
All are welcome to attend.
For more information and to verify meeting time & place, please call Arthur & Virginia Waggoner at 417-435-2661
or email: wagg@leru.net

(To be sure you don't miss a meeting, request to have yourself and your family members added to the mailing list to notified automatically of monthly meeting times, location and agenda by first-class mail. We understand that not everyone uses the Internet, but most everyone has a mailbox!)

Voter Precinct meetings:

In the process of becoming "Vocal Local" we are organizing local voter precinct meetings all across the Ozarks, and others are taking this concept nationwide!

Here are the first of many Ozark area precinct meeting groups:

Pineville North precinct
(currently serving the Pineville & Anderson area)

a.k.a. "The Second Sunday - Free Movie at the Library"
Meetings held every 2nd Sunday of each month, starting in August, at 2 PM, in the Pineville Library Community Room. (Located on Hwy. "W" on the north side of Pineville, three blocks north of the town square.)
In addition to providing information vital to voters in our precinct, we also show free movies and other video clips (a new one each month) that are especially informative and interesting to all partriotic, liberty-loving Americans!
All are welcome to attend - you do not need to be located in the Pineville North precinct to enjoy our meetings. This is a great way to spend one Sunday afternoon each month with your whole family. It won't cost you anything and you'll have some fun while we all learn a lot!
For more information, please call or email Bruce Arnold at 417-592-5883.

Richwood precinct
(serving the Rocky Comfort area)

This precinct is currently meeting along with the monthly Property Rights group meetings in Bethpage, but this may change as our groups grow and/or a special situation arises.
Meetings currently every 2nd Tuesday at 7 PM, and are usually held at the Bethpage Community Center (located on Elkhorn road, just 1/2 mile off 76 Hwy). All are welcome to attend, you do not need to live in the Rocky Comfort voting precinct.
For more information, please call Bud & Carol Scott at 417-652-7102 or email: thescotts@mo-net.com

We want to add your local precinct meeting to the list!
Please contact the OzarkVoter.Info webmaster to be included.

Never doubt that a small group of commited people can change the world.  Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
  – Margaret Mead

There is no such thing as "Voting for the lesser of two evils."  A lesser evil is still evil.
Instead, vote for a independent or so-called "third party" candidate, or write someone in if you have no other choice.
Resolve yourself on this day, at this moment, to never again vote for a bad candidate.
